Meditation and Healing has been clinically proven to help our brains with everything from basic function to anxiety. There are various meditation apps out there, and while that two-minute meditation at your desk is better than nothing, we have a place where you can focus before work, and a real live person will guide you through your meditation practice and give you a mini healing.
Every month the Universe gives us a little present that can be easy to miss. In fact, some may even call this gift “hidden,” as the beautiful new moon is mostly invisible from the Earth for a few hours. This lovely present we receive is called the new moon and it happens every 28-30 days.
Full moons are powerful and can deeply affect us emotionally and energetically! Don’t be surprised if you feel lots of stuff coming up around a full moon. You will probably have a burning desire to make changes and shed old energies.
A Full Moon is a great opportunity to take inventory of what’s come up for you recently, see what you need to release and what you would like to start receiving as you begin on the new 28-day lunar cycle! On a Full Moon, we all need a little extra self-love and ritual.
It's during a new moon that you're encouraged to spiritually unload your burdens and leave the past in the past. It's during a new moon that you're meant to set a new intention or intentions to guide you into the future. At this phase of the 28-day lunar cycle, you're given an opportunity to start over with all the wisdom of your experiences on your side. Life is a constant process of making mistakes and starting from scratch.
