4 week Evening Meditation & Healing Circle

Meditation and Healing has been clinically proven to help our brains with everything from basic function to anxiety. There are various meditation apps out there, and while that two-minute meditation at your desk is better than nothing, we have a place where you can focus before work, and a real live person will guide you through your meditation practice and give you a mini healing.

Who is the teacher? Jen Corcoran. Jen discovered meditation over a decade ago, after burning the candle at both ends, and hitting a wall.

Jen couldn't sleep and was totally stressed out. She found meditation and healing and it changed her life.

Since then, she has spent nine years learning everything she could about meditation and healing to create the best courses and classes for you.

By sharing her simple tools, Jen wants to help create a healthier, happier world.

Learn how to get the most out of our life by reducing distractions and developing a more focused and peaceful mind. Often our mind is very busy, always moving from one thing to the next. This can be exhausting and stressful – robbing us of our mental space and clarity. On this course discover how we can quieten our mind and find mental peace and stillness through sitting still during our meditation and healing classes. By reducing distractions and developing a more focused mind we can learn to enjoy our inner peace even in the midst of our busy modern lives.

Jen says classes are intended for workers to "bring their busy minds into the present moment, take some of their stress away, give them a mini healing, ground their energy and help them set an intention for the day ahead." Getting still first thing in the morning really gives people the spaciousness to calm their minds, change their mindset and get focused so they feel more positive as they face the day ahead.
